eOfficeTool is a free online platform that provides over 130 easy-to-use tools for working with PDF files, images, documents and everyday utilities. Our mission is simple: to give students, professionals, small business owners and everyone else a fast, reliable and completely free way to get common file tasks done — without installing any software.
Most of our tools run directly inside your web browser. That means your files are processed on your own device and, in most cases, are never uploaded to any server. Your documents stay private, the tools work instantly, and there is nothing to download or install.
We offer a growing collection of tools across five categories: PDF tools (merge, split, compress, convert, protect and more), image tools (resize, convert, compress, crop and more), document tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint conversions) utility tools (converters, generators and text helpers) and calculators (GST, EMI, SIP, loan, percentage and more). We add and improve tools regularly based on what our users need.
eOfficeTool is an independent project, built and maintained by Girendra Singh, a developer based in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, India, who works on privacy-first web tools. It is not backed by an advertising network or a data broker: the site is funded by optional paid plans, which is why the free tools can stay free and why nothing you process is collected or resold.
